These terms cover your use of theholocollection.com (the “site”). The site is run by The Holo Collection, a North Carolina sole proprietorship. Questions: contact@theholocollection.com.

What this site is

The site shows trading cards from a private collection that is being sold. It is a showcase, not a store: nothing is sold on the site and no payment is taken here. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell.

Buying a card

Each listed card links to a listing on a third-party marketplace. Any purchase happens there, under that marketplace’s terms, fees and buyer protections. The price and details in the marketplace listing govern the sale.

Prices and availability

Prices, availability and descriptions can change at any time without notice, and a card shown here may already be sold. Mistakes on the site will be corrected when found; an error on the site does not bind either party.

Card condition

Cards are sold raw and ungraded. The photographs show the exact copy for sale. Condition descriptions are the seller’s honest opinion, not a grade from a professional grading service. Please judge each card from its photographs.

Trademarks and images

Pokémon and all related names are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK inc. The Holo Collection is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Official card artwork is shown for identification only. Photographs of individual cards are the seller’s own.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, no warranties are made about the site, express or implied, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or free of errors. This does not limit rights you have under the marketplace’s terms or under law that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, The Holo Collection is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the current version; continuing to use the site means you accept it.
